Jordan Croucher

This Halifax native was first inspired to sing when asked to be the lead singer of a university jazz band, Shades of Groove, while attending St. Francis Xavier University.  Jordan then went on record in the studio with producer Trobiz (Tremayne Howe) which lead him to doing a lot of work with Halifax MC’s.

Jordan’s debut album, No Dress Code is a collaboration of R&B/Soul music with an edge of Hip Hop.  The album has been two years in the making and is made up of Jordan’s best work to date; it features vocals by Classified and Jay Bizzy, and is produced in full by Classified (Luke Boyd).

Additionally, Jordan gained recognition from the Africa Nova Scotian Awards, who nominated Please Don’t Cry , featuring Ghetto Child from Volume 1 for best rap recording. He has opened for artists such as Young Buck, Juelz Santana, Massari, and K-OS; and toured with Classified, Jay Bizzy, and Mic Boyd . Jordan is currently working on a sophomore album with R&B producers who will present him to Labels in the U.S.
